The system of
cut is compound by a verticals disks unit to make the first work period for
quarrying the blocks: the lining. It consist in the cut with verticals disks at
a distance and a depth constant because cause one measure of the blocks that we
want obtain. To make the second work period, the breakaway, the vertical disk is
co-operate from little disk unit. The breakaway is made from the cut of vertical
disk in the meantime with the cut of horizontal little saw. Therefore putting
the sawing machine at 90° in comparison with the lining, it is proceed to the
second work period: the breakaway. The depth of little saw in vertical sense and
in horizontal sense must be even to the other 2 measures of the block that we
want. After have made the breakaway the blocks are completely free to be take up
whether manually or mechanically.
