Universal Sawing Machine with chain for great blocks

The universal sawing machine with chain is a machine to quarry greats blocks of hard stone as for exaple, peperino, travertine, marble et cetera, it is driven by 380 Volt electric current with 2 electrics principals motors, by an electric pump for the timer lubrication of the slip guides of the body machine, by a motor for continuous lubrication of chain, by a motor for the timer lubrication of deferment wheel of chain and by a pressure pump for water to utilize for wash.

It is controlled by a hydraulic system with a pump by variable capacity self-adjustig with which it is possible to make all the necessary operations to quarrying of blocks: the positioning of the blade with chain in horizontal or in vertical, the rotation of blade with chain slow or speed in any directions, the advancement of bedplate with track forward or back, jacking up all machine, driving of stabilizers jacks, automatic locking of the position of the blade with chain in horizontal or in vertical.

The bedplate with track is constructed with strong steel sections welded and stabilized, with steel guides safeguarded from bronze bearings wear. On the shorts sides of the bedplate with track are applied 2 jacks that have wheels for the sliding and so the re-positioning of bedplate when the body machine is raised with the jack system.
